This chemical is specially formulated to be utilized in rinse tank as antacid source to retard rust formation and impart high gloss. This liquefied antacid formulation is processed for giving high surface shine. It combats acid carry over in rinse tank from Pickling Tanks..
Our specially formulated product is highly compatible with various other treatment chemicals that improves its usability. This chemical is biodegradable, retards rust formation and imparts longer shelf life of the cold rolled coil.

APPLICATION & DOSAGES:
SURINSE is dosed at 300 - 500 ppm depending upon the feed water meal & pH requirement.
HANDLING & PRECAUTIONS:
Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab. Coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots-should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. STORAGE:
Keep container tightly closed and in a cool place. Stable for 6 months.
