CHEMISTRY OF DUST:

Dust particles are generally hydrophobic in nature. The dust particles repel water droplets, as dust is hydrophobic. It is harder to increase the material DEM (Dust Extinction Coefficient) water when sprayed with proper systems and cannons create mist which along with our chemical brings down dust in mines.

We have designed our chemical as wetting agent with ionic charge. This helps in reducing hydrophobic nature of the dust.

LAB REPORTS

We have taken Lab Reports from CSIR - Indian Institute of Toxicology Research - Lucknow and Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) - Dhanbadas per DGMS guideline.

APPLICATION & DOSING
Spraying of our chemical can be done with equipments like cannons & tankers. You can spray our chemical duly mixed with water in the ratio of 1 : 10 to 1 : 2500 (can be optimized).
